What to put in your email
A sentence or two is plenty: what you need, what it's for, and any timeline you're working against. If you aren't sure what you need yet, describe the outcome you want and we'll work out the rest together.
What happens next
Your email goes straight to the person who would run your work, not a ticket queue. You'll get a written reply: either questions so we can price the job properly, or a straight answer that we aren't the fit.
Why email
We keep project communication in writing so decisions, quotes, and approvals all have a record you can point to later. It protects you as much as it protects us.
